What do i need to use SteadyNiche?

You need a webhosting account in a good hosting company, like PolurNet. After creating an hosting account for your domain, you just need to upload the SteadyNiche files to your server and follow the installation instructions. If you plan to use SteadyNiche on many domains (20+), it's reasonable to buy a Reseller Hosting Package, that allows you to host multiple domains with just one account. Easier and faster.

SteadyNiche requires, also, that you have some experience with hosting websites. Just the minimum knowledge: buy a hosting plan, upload the files and that's it. This isn't hard, so, don't worry about it.

Also, remember to check if your hosting plan supports SteadyNiche. How to do that? Check if the hosting plans uses Apache as webserver and has the latest version of PHP 4 or 5 installed. After that, ask the hosting company support if their PHP installation have the following extensions enabled: XML, PCRE, cURL, Zlib, mbstring, iconv. The following is a licensing agreement between the purchasing party (end-user) and Cubevisions Software. These terms apply to any software produced by Cubevisions Software and sold on the product website (http://www.steadyportal.com). In purchasing any software from Cubevisions Software, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  1. Copyright and Ownership of Software
    • A. Copyright: The end-user agrees that the purchased software remains copyrighted to Cubevisions Software, and thereby is protected by international copyright laws.
    • B. Ownership: Any software purchased from Cubevisions Software remains the sole property of Cubevisions Software.
    • C. Copyright Removal: Copyrights can be removed from pages.
  2. Fair Usage Policy
    • A. The end-user agrees that any purchased software will only be used in accordance with the following specifications:
      • a. The software will follow the purchased license specifications. One domain license will allow the end-user to install the software in just one domain.
      • The software will never be used in a manner that violates copyright provisions. This includes, but is not limited to:
        • Producing unlicensed copies of the software
        • De-compiling the software
        • Producing code derived from the software
  3. Licensing
    • A. Transferability of Licenses: Licenses are granted to the purchasing end-user only and cannot be sold or transferred to other persons.
    • B. Resale of Software: Only allowed personnel can re-sell the software.
    • C. Distribution of Software: If is strictly forbidden to distribute the purchased software in any shape of form.
  4. Limited Liability
    • A. Cubevisions Software is not reliable for any damages incurred by the end-user. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or stoppage of work caused by the purchased software.
    • B. Cubevisions Software cannot guarantee that the purchase software is free of bugs. In the event that a bug is reported, Cubevisions Software attempts to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
      • a. Software Updates: Cubevisions Software periodically issues updates to all of its software. It is the end-user's responsibility to download and install these updates. Updates improve software performance and remove bugs.
  5. Money Back Guarantee
    • Cubevisions Software offers a 15-day money back guarantee. A money back guarantee applies in the following cases:
      • The software proves unsatisfactory to the end-user.
      • The software does not function on the end-user's web server.
    • In order to be eligible for the 15-day money back guarantee, users must:
      • Allow Cubevisions Software to install the software on the user server and check if everything is ok.
      • Contact Cubevisions Software before the 15th day after purchase
    • Failure to do either of the above listed actions will results in a forfeit of the 15-day money back guarantee.
      • A. Verification of End-User's Claim: Cubevisions Software reserves the right to verify the end-user's refund request in the event that the issue is related to server-incompatibility. Before a refund is issued, Cubevisions Software requires that the end-user provide full FTP access. Cubevisions Software will attempt to solve the issue. If the claim of server-incompatibility is confirmed, meaning that Cubevisions Software cannot make the software function on the end-user's server, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will not be issued if the end-user's server does not meet the minimum requirements presented BEFORE purchase by Cubevisions Software.
      • B. Refunds After 15 Days: No refunds will be issued after 15 days, regardless of whether they meet the above listed specifications.
      • C. Removal of Software: Before a refund is issued, the end-user must remove all copies of the software from both local computers and web servers. In the event that the program is used following a refund being issued, your credit card will be charged without notice for the price of the product.
